In a new edition of the program " In the middle of everything" onAconcagua Radio , perfumer Liliana Pagnotta shared details about her creative process and how she transforms places, memories and emotions into fragrances that stimulate the senses and memory.
Pagnotta, with a distinguished career in the art of artisanal perfumery, explained that his work goes far beyond the technical combination of essences. “When I create a scent, I think about the air, the earth, the environment. Each place has its essence, and you have to know how to interpret it,” he stated.
During the interview, he also spoke about the importance of using natural, non-synthetic raw materials: "I try to use as many natural ingredients as I can, and there are some raw materials I personally love, like certain flowers, certain resins like frankincense, myrrh, and benzoin. In total, I use about 500 different raw materials."
